Ideal venue for all occasions set in the picturesque historic town of Nantwich, home to several key events in Nantwich including the annual Beer Festival as part of the Nantwich Food and Drink Festival and Nantwich Folk and Roots Festival.
The main hall holds up to 500 capacity, with a large stage and back stage area including 2 changing rooms and W/Cs. All types of lighting effects are available as well as professional lighting and sound technicians if required.
A large public car park is directly adjacent to the venue.
First floor function room also available.
The Civic Hall is located in the town-centre adjacent to Nantwich Bus Station.
To arrive in Nantwich by public transport:
Bus – Nantwich is served by a regular bus service (Nos 84, 44, 45) from Crewe town centre and from Chester city centre (no. 84). Services are also available from Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent (No 85), changing in Crewe.
The Civic Hall is located in the town-centre adjacent to Nantwich Bus Station.
To arrive in Nantwich by car:
From M6 motorway J16: Take 1st exit at motorway roundabout onto the A500 (signposted Crewe, Nantwich, Chester) and follow signs for Nantwich. Ample parking at the Long-Stay car park adjacent to Nantwich Library, Bus Station and Civic Hall provides central town centre location and access to shops.
From Chester follow signs for Nantwich (A51). Prior to Nantwich, pass Snugbury’s Ice-cream farm on the right and arrive at the Burford Cross-Road. Continue straight ahead and enter Nantwich. Immediately after the canal bridge turn left and follow the road until arriving at a cross-roads. Turn left onto the SwineMarket and continue on to access the long-stay car park (on the right) adjacent to Nantwich Library, Bus Station and Civic Hall, providing central town centre location and access to shops.
